
JPMorgan’s Global Technology organisation embarked on a multi-year transformation journey, GT Vision, to change the way they think, behave, and work. Over 50,000 technologists around the world made a commitment – to be a leading digital technology organisation and serve their customers faster and smarter in a rapidly-changing environment. Technologists across the company had deep expertise in core areas but saw the need to broaden their capabilities to achieve a T-shaped skill set, so they could meet the needs of their customers and future proof their own development. We developed a strategic programme to unlock the power of GT Vision and empower teams to put new ways of working and thinking into action across the organisation. The response from technologists was astounding. Over 15,000 technologists across 16 locations POWERED UP with their colleagues to create a GT Vision movement within Global Technology.
My role in the small, tight team was creative strategy, creative and art direction, video storyboarding, script writing and direction, creative copywriting.
