Takeda’s Pharm Sci function within R&D, responsible for pushing the boundaries of what is possible to bring transformative, life-changing therapies to patients worldwide, identified the need for a Knowledge Management strategy. Capturing, retaining and sharing knowledge and expertise available within the organization are critical for developing life-changing therapies. Daggerwing Group was brought in to articulate the importance of Knowledge Management, build understanding of what is required to activate it and develop an intuitive visual that shows how data flows through the Pharm Sci product development process. We identified Pharm Sci’s data flow journey and mapped data inputs and outputs across its four key functions from a user-centric perspective to build a interactive end-to-end data process flow document. A short 3-minute video was developed based on the narrative and existing visual ID to explain Knowledge Management and what it means for Pharm Sci and employees.

My role was creative strategy, IA and UX, workshop design & facilitation, creative direction, art direction including video, and scripts and copywriting.
